3. CAN I USE ONE KEY TO OPEN ALL THE DOORS IN MY HOUSEHOLD?

Yes, if you want all the locks in your household to operate with one key, it can be done so long as all the locks use the same keyway (that is, the shape of the lock where the key fits in).

5. I LOST MY KEY; WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Once you are 100% sure that you have lost your keys, you will need to have your locks rekeyed or changed. We can connect you with a professional locksmith who can rekey or change your locks.

6. DO YOU OFFER KEY DUPLICATION?

No, we do not. We suggest you try a retail hardware store like Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Ace.

7. MY LOCKS DON’T TURN VERY EASILY; DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE LOCK?

First, try to use WD-40 or a good lubricant to help turn the lock. If it does not work, you will need to have a locksmith examine the lock to see what’s wrong with it.

8. HOW MUCH TIME IS REQUIRED TO INSTALL NEW LOCKS?

Once the locksmith arrives at your location, it is expected to take 30+ minutes depending on how many locks and what type of locks are involved.
